How did Scott Allen EA help Roger with his IRS levy Scottsdale AZ?

He negotiated all his back taxes into a Currently Non Collectible Status. That is correct – Roger doesn’t have to back a dime back on his back taxes as long as he files and pays his current and future taxes on time.  You bet he will be in my office Feb 1st to prepare next years taxes on time. See his approved agreement with the IRS below.

Steven Filed Back Taxes Chandler with Tax Debt Advisors

File Back Taxes Chandler

Tax Debt Advisors is the right choice if you need to file back taxes Chandler. Tax Debt Adviors has been solving IRS problems for over 44 years. That is two generations of committed success of filing back taxes and settling IRS debts. The average clients that comes in hasn’t filed in about seven years and/or owes the IRS more then $50,000 in back taxes. Steven was above the average and owes the IRS more than $93,000 on his back taxes. Two of the years that he owes for are 2011 and 2012 so those debts expire in less than two years from now. That means that when they expire the IRS cannot collect on the back taxes any longer. So in essence he is settling his back taxes on a $650/month payment plan (or $13,000 by the time it expires). Not a back deal if you ask us. Check out the IRS acceptance letter below.

File Back Taxes Phoenix and save $45,421.00

File Back Taxes Phoenix

Martha called Tax Debt Advisors, Inc in a panic because not only did she have to file back taxes Phoenix but the IRS had made a substitute assessment on her 2013 tax year. This substitute assessment by the IRS claimed she owed them $45,421.00. Wow, what a shock this was to Martha. Not only did she not file 2013 but nothing for 2014 thru 2020 either.

Tax Debt Advisors, Inc was able to walk Martha thru the steps to resolve her IRS matter and save her paychecks and bank accounts from IRS levy. By signing Tax Debt Advisors, Inc over as her Power of Attorney they were able to investigate what records the IRS had on her for all her delinquent years (especially 2013) where they came up with a massive tax amount owed. Tax Debt Advisors, Inc discovered that when the IRS filed the substitute filing they accounted for all of her stock sales but none of her stock basis. Once we determined her basis, a proper accurate tax return was filed resulting in ZERO taxes owed. Yes, ZERO! Click on the IRS notice below to see for yourself. Not only did she have enough stock basis to owe no taxes, but she had capital losses to carryforward to her 2014 tax return to help lower her taxable income on that return as well.

File Back Taxes Phoenix

When you have to file back taxes Phoenix it is extremely important that you have proper IRS representation. Scott Allen EA with Tax Debt Advisors, Inc is that choice if you live in or near Phoenix Arizona. Don’t delay and schedule that initial phone or office consultation today.

File Back Taxes Gilbert

Are you an Arizona resident embarrassed that you need to file back taxes Gilbert? Don’t be! Probably 1/3 of everyone out there has some sort of IRS tax problem or just got over one. One thing we have learned in our over 40 years of experience is that every IRS problem is solvable.

David is a small business owner working 60 hours a week and fell behind on his taxes. As a homeowner with equity he was worried and stressed the IRS would want to take his house away. He needed to get this business (C-Corp) and personal taxes all caught up for five years.

Scott Allen EA was able to help him communicate with the IRS on his behalf, organize his records, and prepare his personal and business taxes one year at a time until he was all caught up. It took two months but it was accomplished without any problems or issues from the IRS.

Once all the back taxes were filed Scott Allen EA collected David’s financial information (i.e. income, expenses, debts, & assets) and evaluated his ability to pay back his taxes to the IRS.

See the approval letter from the IRS on our negotiation work. Mission complete! If you need to file back taxes Gilbert, whether it is for one year or seven years call and speak with Scott today.

Scott Allen EA has a simple three step process that helps taxpayers file back taxes Mesa and settle them into a reasonable payment plan option or other settlement solution. We are Mesa Arizona’s Top IRS Problem Solvers for IRS Substitute for Return (SFR)

What to do if the IRS files a Substitute for Return filing

If you fail to file, it is only a matter of time before the IRS will file a Substitute for Return.  This is the IRS method of assessing a tax so that they can collect from your wages or bank accounts even though you have not filed a return.  The IRS can levy your wages or garnish your bank account even if you would not have owed on a return had you filed it on time.

As you would guess the IRS prepares the return in the most negative way possible.  Not because they want to punish you, but because they don’t know what your filing status is or number of dependents and deductions or expenses you are entitled too.

The good news is that the IRS will allow you to file a correct (or original) return to reduce the liability.  The bad news is that if your correct return shows a refund and it is more than three years delinquent, the IRS will not pay you the refund or allow you to use it against other IRS tax debts owed on other years.  The IRS will not allow you to discharge taxes in bankruptcy on a tax return filed as a Substitute for Return either.

Contacting  Tax Debt Advisors, Inc. of Arizona if you have back tax returns to file gives you the best chance of getting the best settlement possible with the IRS.  Tax Debt Advisors, Inc in Arizona  has resolved over 113,000 IRS tax debts.  Call  today to schedule a free initial consultation at 480-926-9300.  Now is the time to act and Scott Allen E.A. is the right choice.

Scott Allen EA was able to assist Daniel in protesting the IRS Substitute for Return filings they did for him on some back tax returns. After getting the tax liability as low as possible Scott negotiated a low monthly payment of only $85/month. See the IRS approval notice below.

We are Mesa Arizona’s Top IRS Problems Solvers to Minimize IRS Tax Debt on Back Taxes

Mesa Arizona’s Top IRS Problem Solvers

If you have not filed for several years it is likely the IRS has filed Substitute for Returns better known as SFR’s.  To minimize the IRS tax debt it is imperative that you file a correct return within three years of the due date or you will lose any refund.

The reason that a correct return will minimize the IRS tax debt is that the IRS is unaware of what you are entitled to deduct on your return.  This would include but is not limited to the following:

• Filing status
• Number of dependents
• Mortgage interest and property taxes on your home.
• Auto license fees
• Medical expenses
• Charitable donations
• Cost basis of any stock sales
• Business expenses

Contact Scott Allen E.A. if you have delinquent tax returns as soon as possible.  Now is the time to act and Scott Allen E.A. is the right choice.  Tax Debt Advisors, Inc. offers a free initial consultation for Arizona taxpayers. Meet personally with him by calling 480-926-9300.

Debbie was a taxpayer who met with Tax Debt Advisor’s Inc – Mesa Arizona’s top IRS problem solvers. They were able to get the old and newer IRS debt negotiated into a currently not collectible status (CNC). Her debts from 2008 & 2009 will expire soon so it is just a matter to letting the clock run out on those. With her CNC status the IRS cannot pursue any collection activity against her. Job well done! Tax Debt Advisors, Inc.—How do I file tax returns when I have lost my records?

File tax returns in Chandler AZ

It is not uncommon for Chandler AZ clients who have not filed for several years to have lost records due to moving, or a flood or a break in, or other reasons.  All is not lost if you have lost your records.  Tax Debt Advisors, Inc. (near Chandler AZ) will be able to get all of your records that have been reported to the IRS.  Once you know your income items then you have a good idea of where to start with your deductions.  Some deductions such as home mortgage interest deductions are reported to the IRS.  Bank records can be searched on line or ordered if necessary.  Many deductions can be substantiated as a natural cost of doing business—i.e. fuel if you are a truck driver.

If you have tax returns from prior years that need to be filed and your records are lost or incomplete, you need professional assistance from Scott Allen E.A. of Tax Debt Advisors, Inc.  Tax Debt Advisors, Inc. offers a free consultation and can be reached at 480-926-9300. Often times it is best to not fight the IRS alone and to go in with proper experienced representation.

Melissa is someone who hired Scott as her Power of Attorney to file her tax returns in Chandler AZ. A few of her tax years were already filed but were filed incorrectly misreporting income. Because of this error, the IRS initiated an audit and assessed her over $10,000 in additional taxes owed. Scott Allen E.A. was able to research the matter and advised her of preparing an amended tax return in protest to what the IRS did.  They did just that and as you can see from the approval notice below that it reduced what she owes the IRS by $5,000. After getting this all corrected for her they are now negotiating her IRS debt into one low payment plan settlement.

We are Mesa Arizona’s Top IRS Problem Solvers to Avoid Criminal Punishment

Scott Allen EA of Mesa Arizona’s Tax Debt Advisors

Let’s start out with what is true and what is false in this area.  What is false is more important for you to remember than what is true.  That’s because most web sites scare you with what is false rather than helping you by reducing your stress level with what is true.

Truth—If you fail to file a tax return you can be punished with one year in jail for each year you did not file.

Falsehood—In 44 years, we have never seen this happen once to one of our clients or anyone else.  All you have to do to avoid criminal prosecution is file your Mesa Arizona back tax returns.  The IRS criminal cases that you hear about on the news are due to Arizona taxpayers refusing to file or filing fraudulent tax returns.

Failing to file a return is like a bad parking ticket.  It is not a hit and run crime where you will go to prison.  It is important that you work with an IRS Resolution Specialist in Arizona like Scott Allen E.A. who will tell you the truth and not try to scare or intimidate you into retaining his services.  Tax Debt Advisors offers a free initial consultation and you can schedule your appointment with Scott Allen E.A. at 480-926-9300.  You will only work with Scott.  He does 100% of your IRS resolution work.

Here is an IRS Notice CP21A showing an adjustment made on a back tax return for a client. Scott Allen EA filed an amendment to correct the filing status that was done incorrectly by a previous preparer. Correcting this before negotiating a payment plan was important to do. As you can see it saved the client over $2,200 in back taxes owed.

Do I Need an Arizona Tax Attorney When the IRS Has Levied My Pay Check?

Settle 13 tax years without an Arizona Tax Attorney

No, this is not a legal matter.  The IRS has levied your pay check because you have a tax liability and have not entered into any settlement option.  The first step is to file any unfiled tax returns.  If all of your returns have been filed, the second step is to enter into a settlement with the IRS.  Once you have entered into a settlement with the IRS, the levy on future pay checks will be removed.  The IRS will generally keep the amount levied unless your back tax returns show that you have a refund coming, or you can prove that keeping the levied amount would impose a hardship.

Scott Allen E.A. (who is not an Arizona Tax Attorney) can promptly file back tax returns, enter into a settlement option with the IRS, and get the IRS to remove the levy on future pay checks.  Call Scott Allen E.A. today at 480-926-9300 for a free consultation.  He can start the process immediately and provide the quickest release on your levied pay checks.

View the notice below to see how Scott Allen E.A. successfully negotiated a low $500/month payment plan for his client. He will work just as hard for you as he did for Phelipe.
